Refined sunflower oil offers high smoke points (440-450°F / 227-232°C) ideal for deep frying and commercial food manufacturing, while cold-pressed organic varieties preserve natural antioxidants and fatty acid profiles (linoleic 50-70%, oleic 20-30%) for health-conscious markets. All oils meet Codex Alimentarius standards with certified Non-GMO status, and complete analytical documentation including free fatty acid (FFA) content, peroxide value, and oxidative stability testing.
